Sources and what we verified
CDC Project Firstline page naming the TRAIN training groups and stating a certificate is issued when videos are launched from TRAIN ↗CDC: CDC TRAIN is a free online learning platform with free CE for many courses ↗CDC: Project Firstline training is free and for all healthcare workers, including CNAs ↗What we verified: CDC's Firstline training page (last reviewed April 16, 2024) lists 'Group One' with TRAIN course 1118755 and says 'Launch the video from TRAIN to receive your certificate.' CDC's TRAIN page says TRAIN is free. The TRAIN course page itself renders only via JavaScript and could not be read, so duration and logged in certificate issuance were not observed. The CDC page still advertises CE through TCEO but gives no hours, so no CE credit is claimed here.
