Data Center Technician

Build, run and maintain the server, network, power and cooling equipment in data centers that power cloud and AI.

Licensing: No license is required for IT side work. Employers typically ask for CompTIA A+ or similar plus server and network skills; facilities side roles add electrical safety (NFPA 70E, OSHA 10) and cabling credentials. Some states license low voltage cabling contractors; not researched here.
